Este canal está habilitado para recibir de manera segura, confidencial y efectiva cualquier tipo de:
Quejas o inconformidades relacionadas con nuestros servicios.
Incidencias internas o externas que afecten la operación, clima laboral o relaciones con terceros.
Sugerencias de mejora o ideas que aporten valor.
Reportes relacionados con posibles incumplimientos normativos, prácticas poco éticas o conflictos de interés.
Tanto si eres colaborador, cliente, proveedor o parte interesada externa, este espacio es para ti.
Envío del reporte: Completa el formulario disponible en esta sección eligiendo el tipo de reporte y proporcionando la información relevante.
Recepción y análisis: Nuestro Comité de Ética y Cumplimiento revisará el reporte de manera confidencial y objetiva.
Investigación: Si es necesario, se llevará a cabo una investigación interna para esclarecer los hechos.
Respuesta y seguimiento: Se proporcionará una respuesta al reportante, siempre que sea posible, y se tomarán las medidas correctivas pertinentes.
Puedes optar por mantener el anonimato. Tu identidad será respetada bajo estrictos estándares de confidencialidad.
Los reportes son gestionados por nuestro Comité de Ética y Cumplimiento, compuesto por profesionales capacitados en normativas legales, integridad corporativa y gestión de riesgos. Este comité garantiza una revisión imparcial, confidencial y alineada con nuestros valores.
